Key Responsibilities

As the heartbeat of our production, your day-to-day will involve:

• Precision Batching: Measuring and combining aggregates, bitumen, and additives with zero-margin for error.

• Quality Control: Proactively monitoring mix consistency and adjusting parameters to meet strict project specifications.

• Plant Mastery: Operating, troubleshooting, and overseeing the maintenance of batching and mixing equipment.

• Logistics & Inventory: Managing raw material stockpiles and coordinating truck allocations to keep the site moving.

• Safety Leadership: Maintaining a gold standard for WHSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) on-site.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a veteran of the industry. To be successful, you must have:

• Industry Tenure: A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in asphalt batching or heavy construction material production.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of asphalt plant mechanics, mix designs, and computerised batching systems.

• Licensing: A valid manual Driver’s Licence (required for the company vehicle).

• Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and the ability to handle the pressures of high-volume production.
